Pinche Pinche is proud to be part of the first Leeds Indie Food Festival and in its honour, we will be serving up a week of fantastic tacos. All of the fillings are new and will change every day. If you want to get your hands on all of them, come at the weekend when all the fillings will be available.
We use traditional soft corn tortillas to make our tacos and specialist ingredients so you get that authentic Mexican flavour. There’s something for everyone with vegetarian and gluten free options on the list. So what are you waiting for? Come and join us!

Tempura battered cauliflower tacos (v) (gf)
With red cabbage, carrots, smooth guacamole, chipotle chile mayo and queso fresco, a milky, crumbly Mexican cheese similar to Lancashire cheese
Tuesday, 19 May
Sirloin steak mince burger, ‘burger relish’ salsa and Chihuahua cheese, a great Mexican melting cheese
Wednesday, 20 May
Salmon tacos (gf)
With shredded lettuce and pico de gallo, topped with a burnt habanero, sour cream and orange salsa
Thursday, 21 May
Chile Rellenos (gf)
A battered jalapeño chile stuffed with spicy chicken and Chihuahua cheese on a bed of Mexican rice and beans
Friday, 22 May
Turkey mole tacos
Poached turkey covered in mole sauce: a traditional and extravagant blend of herbs, spices, chocolate, nuts and fruits
Saturday 23 May – Monday 25 May
