Salsas take centre stage at Pinche Pinche
Here at Pinche we love the art of salsas and salsa making. As an appetiser with tortilla chips, on a taco or a torta, Mexican salsas can take the flavour of a dish to another level.
We make all our salsas from scratch daily, creating unique flavours with ingredients such as tomatillos and different chiles with a variety of heat and flavour profiles – Chipotle Morita, Guajillo and Pasilla to name a few. We roast fresh tomatoes, which significantly boosts the flavour. Where a thicker salsa is called for, Mexicans use nuts and seeds rather than flour. This is the case with our Chile de Arbol salsa, where we toast and grind pumpkin and sesame seeds before mixing them into the salsa.
All our salsas are gluten free, vegan and of course, very tasty!
