Enchilada is the past participle of Spanish enchilar, ‘to add chile pepper to’, literally to ‘season with chile’. Our Enchiladas are just as you would find them in Mexico. We use three corn tortillas smothered with own delicious ‘Enchilada’ sauce, topped with sour cream and Jack cheese, then oven baked. Choose from spicy RED or mild GREEN sauce and your choice of filling as below;
