Carnitas Pork – salsa verde, onion and coriander (gf)

Fish – lightly battered with Hibiscus coleslaw, Chipotle aioli, sesame seeds (gf)

Surf and turf  – steak, tiger prawns, Mexican tartar sauce (gf)


Gobernador – mojo king prawns with melted cheese, Poblano chile and onion (gf)



Sweet, rolled plantain balls filled with goat’s cheese and served with a black bean puree (gf) (v)



Tapas size burritos.  Flour tortillas rolled and filled with rice, black beans, salad, cheese, sour cream, Mexican pickle, watercress and salsa, plus a filling of your choice:

Plantain – delicious, mildly sweet and banana-like (v)

Barbacoa Lamb – Pasilla chile marinated lamb with spicy Arbol salsa

Pork – with pancetta and avocado salsa
